The Stellar Xtreme is a new concept in AC/DC studio lighting and portable lighting which has many new features aimed firmly and squarely at the professional market. With an almost go anywhere battery pack (sold separately) You can now get that important shot in poor lighting conditions at a wedding . Additional features include fan cooling ensuring that the flash capacitors and associated circuitry are kept to their optimum working temperature even during periods of prolonged use. With a new thermal cut-out device and greater air flow around the capacitors, you are assured of stable lighting in demanding conditions .Feature such as the -InchS-Inch Type fitting are important to the busy professional allow the widest possible range of light shaping tools to be used, like the Interfit Pro range of softboxes, these are the perfect combination to Stellar Extreme, when fitted to the robust front end mechanism. The rear control panel houses a new grab handle and user friendly controls that allow not only the flash and modeling lamp intensity to be set but also the switches that allow the choice of audible or silent recycling indication and modeling lamp controls and the AD/DC control switch. Other features include sensitive infrared and flash sensors and five f-stop stepless adjustment of both flash and modeling lamp, fast re-charge coupled with audible and visual 100% recharge indicators add to the ease of use. The new and easy to use mounting bracket allows for repositioning and balancing of large or heavy softboxes ensuring the light is always facing in the right direction.
